At Fixxr Inc, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our Fixxr Supplement line. Our return policy is designed to be straightforward and accommodating:
Unopened and Unused Items (Within 14 Days): If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping costs. To initiate a return, please email sales@BetterLifeDoctor.com to obtain a Return Authorization.
Opened Items (Within 14 Days): Opened items returned within 14 days of receipt are eligible for a full refund. Please contact sales@BetterLifeDoctor.com to obtain a Return Authorization before returning the product.
Opened Items (15 to 30 Days): For returns of opened items made between 15 and 30 days after receipt, we offer an 80% refund of the purchase price. A Return Authorization is required; please contact sales@BetterLifeDoctor.com to proceed.
After 30 Days: We do not accept returns beyond 30 days from the date of receipt.
Refund Procedure: Upon receipt of the returned package, we will promptly process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exceptions:
Subscription Items: Products purchased through subscription plans are not eligible for return.
Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned.
Please ensure that all returns are authorized via email before sending them back to us. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
