At Fixxr Inc, we stand behind every product in our Fixxr Supplement line. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make it easy to return… no matter how you ordered.
Returns Within 60 Days
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 60 days of receiving your order. Simply email sales@BetterLifeDoctor.com to request a Return Authorization before shipping anything back.
Unopened Items Return any unopened, unused item within 60 days of receipt for a full refund to your original payment method, minus shipping costs. This applies to all purchases… including subscription orders and sale-priced items.
Opened Items - First Time Trying a Product If it's your first time purchasing a specific product and it's not the right fit, we'll issue a full refund within 60 days of receipt, minus shipping costs. This applies once per product… so if you're new to a product, you can try it with confidence.
Opened Items - Previously Refunded Product If you've already received a refund on an opened item for a specific product, any future returns of that same product will be eligible for store credit rather than a refund. Store credit will be sent to you via email and can be applied to any future purchase.
How to Start a Return
All returns require prior authorization. To initiate a return:

Email sales@BetterLifeDoctor.com within 60 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization.

Ship the item back using the provided instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your authorized return, we'll process your refund or store credit promptly.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please do not send returns without authorization… unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Subscriptions
You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time. There are no minimum commitments or cancellation fees. To cancel, use your account dashboard or email us at sales@BetterLifeDoctor.com.
Please note: cancellation requests must be made 5 days before your next scheduled order date. We cannot guarantee that an order will be stopped if a cancellation request is received within 5 days of the subscription being scheduled to process. If an order has already been processed, it will be subject to our standard return policy.
After 60 Days
We are unable to accept returns beyond 60 days from the date of receipt.
