If it's your first time purchasing a specific product and it's not the right fit,
we'll issue a full refund within 60 days of receipt, minus shipping costs.
This applies once per product, so if you're new to a product, you can try it with confidence.
Opened Items – Previously Refunded Product
If you've already received a refund on an opened item for a specific product,
any future returns of that same product will be eligible for store credit rather than a refund.
Store credit will be sent to you via email and can be applied to any future purchase.
