Directions

Thyroid Fixxr®
Take 1-3 capsules daily, preferably 30 minutes before breakfast or before a morning workout. Begin with 1 capsule to assess tolerance, then increase to 2+3 capsules if desired. Do not take past 5 PM.

 

Iodine Fixxr®
Always start low and slow to tolerate it. Start with one drop in a small amount of water. It can be taken with or without food. Gradually increase by one drop per day until the desired amount is reached. Standard dosing protocols for most individuals are anywhere between 9 and 36 drops, which equates to anywhere between 3 mg and 27 mg. Higher doses may be used when working with a healthcare practitioner.
